SPV Capital’s project Consulting and Advisory services involves mainly contract drafting and negotiation, engineering, procurement and project management services focusing on “contracts/claim administration” and “financing” for major infrastructure projects.
In short, we believe that our role in infrastructure projects consulting & advisory is to ensure successful delivery, and provide best value advice at all stages, control time, cost and quality and manage your exposure to risks.
We fully recognize that project implementation costs form only a part of the overall cost of a development, which is why our advisory services take into consideration the total investment cost which may include any or all of the following:

Preparation of the contract agreement, particular conditions of contract (including the financing arrangement), Appendix to tender and Schedule of Guarantees and Liquidated Damages;

Supervising the work of a consulting engineer(s) to complete the client’s requirements, time schedule and bill of quantities in partnership with local professionals in the relevant project jurisdiction;

Supporting clients to obtain the required permissions and approvals from all concerned governmental authorities or authorities where applicable:

Negotiating and finalizing the EPCF contract(s) with EPC contractors;

Providing engineering, procurement and project management services; and

Providing services for contracts and claims management.
